By using AI Deal Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

A. No Guarantees

AI Deal Analyzer provides estimated property analysis for informational purposes only. All results — including ARV, profit projections, ROI, MAO, and deal scores — are estimates based on publicly available data and algorithmic calculations.

Chain Systems Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any analysis. Actual results may differ materially from estimates provided.

B. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Independently verifying all property data, repair estimates, and market conditions
• Consulting licensed professionals before making any investment decision
• Conducting your own due diligence on any property or deal
• All investment decisions made based on or influenced by the Service

C. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chain Systems Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses or lost profits of any kind
• Inaccurate ARV, rent, or cost estimates
• Market fluctuations or changes in property values
• Third-party data errors or omissions
• Financing decisions or lender requirements
• Construction, renovation, or permit costs
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

D. AI Limitations

AI-generated analysis is based on historical data, comparable sales, and algorithmic models. It may contain errors, reflect outdated market conditions, or fail to account for property-specific factors such as condition, zoning, flood zones, or title issues. AI analysis is not a substitute for a licensed appraisal or professional inspection.

E. Liability Cap

In any event, Chain Systems Inc.'s maximum total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid during the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

F. Informational Tool Only

AI Deal Analyzer is a software tool designed to assist real estate investors in evaluating potential deals. It is expressly NOT:

• A licensed financial advisor or investment advisor
• A licensed real estate appraiser or appraisal service
• A licensed valuation service
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A substitute for professional due diligence
